Karunya University to Collaborate with 18 American Universities for Academic Excellence

New Delhi: Karunya University has taken the initiative to join hands with 18 American universities for joint academic and research programs, faculty and student exchanges, and technology transfer. A delegation of 28 experts from the US universities recently visited Karunya University, engaging in discussions to strengthen Indo-US ties. 

Karunya University aims to establish an Indo-American platform for collaborative academic and research initiatives. The university is already equipped with an AERONET facility for air quality monitoring in collaboration with NASA.

Informing about this initiative, G Prince Arulraj, Vice Chancellor of Karunya University said, "The purpose of this visit is to establish academic and research collaborations. We are exploring partnerships in faculty and student exchange, joint academic and research programs, and transfer of technology”.

The collaboration aims to enhance research activities within the Industry 5.0 ecosystem, focusing on technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Data Structure (DS), Internet of Things (IoT), cyber security, cloud computing, quantum computing, 3D printing, and hydrogen fuel cells.
