JKBOPEE 2024: Invites Applications for Admission to DNB (Broad Specialty) Courses

The Jammu & Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has announced admissions for DNB (Broad Specialty) Courses-2024, inviting offline applications from eligible NEET PG-qualified in-service doctors. The admission process covers Post MBBS DNB Seats, Post Diploma DNB Seats, and Post MBBS Diploma Seats.Candidates must submit completed forms physically at JKBOPEE offices in Srinagar or Jammu by December 3, 2024 by 3 PM.

Key Dates

• Application Submission: 27th November to 3rd December 2024 (till 3:00 PM).
• Merit List Publication: To be notified after the application deadline.

Eligibility Criteria

For Post MBBS DNB & Post MBBS Diploma Seats:

1. Candidates must be permanent employees in the Health and Medical Department of J&K or Ladakh.
2. A valid NEET PG-2024 score is mandatory.
3. Must possess a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Health and Medical Education Department of J&K/Ladakh.
4. Domicile of UT of J&K/Ladakh (ST certificate will be treated as domicile for Ladakh candidates).

For Post Diploma DNB Seats:

1. Permanent employees in the Health and Medical Department of J&K or Ladakh.
2. A valid DNB PDCET-2024 score.
3. Must have completed Post MBBS Diploma in the relevant specialty.
4. Must fulfill domicile and NOC requirements as above.

Application Process

1. Application forms (Annexure "A") are available on the JKBOPEE website (www.jkbopee.gov.in).
2. Candidates must submit completed forms physically at JKBOPEE offices in Srinagar or Jammu from 27th November 2024 to 3rd December 2024 (till 3:00 PM).
3. A non-refundable counseling fee of ₹2,000 must be paid through the POS machine available at the submission centers.

Documents Required

For Category (a): Post MBBS DNB & Diploma Seats

1. Domicile Certificate (or ST Certificate for Ladakh candidates).
2. NEET PG-2024 Score Card.
3. Valid Reserved Category Certificate, if applicable.
4. Difficult Area Certificate, certified by the Director of Health Services (if applicable).
5. NOC from the Health & Medical Education Department. If unavailable during submission, candidates must provide an undertaking to submit it at the time of admission.

For Category (b): Post Diploma DNB Seats

1. Post MBBS Diploma Certificate in the relevant specialty.
2. DNB PDCET-2024 Score Card.
3. Other documents as per Category (a).

Special Instructions

1. Sports Category Candidates:
   • Submit sports certificates to the Secretary, J&K Sports Council for awarding points. JKBOPEE will not entertain certificates directly.
2. Provisional Admission:
   • Admission is subject to document verification and approval of eligibility.
   • Candidates selected from Ladakh must submit a Compulsory Service Bond to serve in Ladakh post-completion of the program.
3. Seat Matrix:
   • Tentative intake and seat distribution will be available on the JKBOPEE website one day before counseling.
