JIPMER Karaikal Releases Reporting Schedule for MBBS Admission; Report by November 29

JIPMER, Karaika, invites candidates who got MBBS seats after the Special Stray Vacancy Round of counseling to report between November 25 and 29, 2024. Candidates must present at Exam Hall 2 (Room No.004), Ground Floor, JIPMER Academic Campus, FCI Link Road, Kovilpathu, Karaikal – 609 602 for reporting.

Candidates must fill out an online form before appearing for reporting. A recent passport-size photograph, separate email ID, and phone number of parents and candidates must be included in the form. The form is available here. The fee must be paid online and the fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

• ID card form – all the fields should be filled in block letters
• Hostel application form (if applicable)
• Honor code
• Instructions for Candidates
• Identity proof
• Admit card of exam issued by NTA
• Result/ Rank letter
• Provisional allotment letter
• Proof of Date of Birth
• Class 10th Certificate
• 12th marksheet
• Pass certificate of the qualifying examination
• Statement of marks of the qualifying examination
• Character/ Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institute last studied
• Residence Certificate
• Relieving letter
• Caste certificate
• Income & Asset Certificate (For EWS candidates)
• Transfer Certificate
• Migration Certificate

If candidates fail to submit any of the required certificates in original and their photocopies during verification, the allotted seat will be canceled. No additional time or opportunity will be provided for producing the certificates.
