Reporting Details

  • Candidates must report between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM to avoid delays. Late arrivals will have to return the next day.

Pre-Reporting Tasks

1. Online Form Submission

  • Complete the e-form available here.
  • Upload a passport-sized photograph.
  • Take a printout of the submitted form.

2. Fee Payment

  • Pay the academic fee via SBI Collect:
    1. Visit SBI Collect.
    2. Select “Educational Institutions” → “JIPMER, Pondicherry” → “Academic Fee – MBBS.”
  • Refer to the fee structure (Page 16, JIPMER MBBS Prospectus 2024).
  • Carry a hard copy of the payment receipt.

3. Documents Preparation

  • Print and fill the following forms:
    • E-form printout.
    • ID card form (Annexure 3, Page 7).
    • Hostel application (Annexure 2, Pages 5–6).
    • Honor code (Pages 9–10).

Day of Reporting: Instructions and Processes

Entry to the Venue:

  • Show the allotment letter at the security gate.
  • Only candidates are permitted inside; separate seating is arranged for accompanying persons.

Certificate Verification:

Candidates must bring:

  • Original and photocopies of required documents (detailed list in Annexure 1).
  • Six passport-sized photographs.
  • Fee payment receipt.
  • Signed Honor Code (Pages 9–10).
  • Relieving letter (if applicable).

Medical Examination:

  • Conducted by the Dean's medical team. PwBD candidates will have additional assessments.

Biometric Verification:

  • Fingerprints will be captured for matching with NEET records.

Digital Campus Account Creation:

  • Credentials for TCS iON will be issued for fee payments and attendance monitoring.

Hostel Accommodation:

  • Available for outstation candidates. Submit the hostel application form (Annexure 2).
  • Facilities include double-sharing rooms, a cot, cupboard, table, and chair.
