INI SS Jan 2025 Session Round 1 Seat Allocation Result Out, Download PDF

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has released the first round seat allotment result for INI SS 2024 admissions. All qualified Candidates have been invited to participate in the Online Counseling process as per two merit lists:

• AIIMS Merit List (AML) for those who were eligible for seats of (All participants AIIMS & PGIMER, Chandigarh).
• Common Merit List (CML) for those who were eligible for JIPMER, Puducherry NIMHANS, Bengaluru, and SCTIMST, Trivandrum.

The 1st Round of Institute allocation for participating INIs in the INI-SS Entrance Examination has been prepared on the basis of choices made (from 26.12.2024 to 5.00 pm, 29.12.2024) by eligible candidates. Shortlisted candidates must accept and report to the allotted institute for document verification and security deposit from January 1 to January 6, 2025 (5 PM).

Key Highlights of INI SS Counselling 2024

• Institutions: AIIMS, PGIMER Chandigarh, JIPMER, NIMHANS, and SCTIMST are participating in the INI SS Counselling process.
• Courses Offered: Admission into various DM/MCh/MD (Hospital Administration) super-specialty programs.

What Comes After Being Allotted Institute in the First Round?

Once allocated, you must log in through the online Institute allocation portal and actively exercise the following option from 01st January 2025 to 5.00 PM till 06th January 2025. Failure to select any of the options below will lead to forfeiture of the allocated Institute and the candidate will become ineligible to participate in 2nd Round.

• Option 1. ACCEPT allotted Institute and DO NOT WISH TO PARTICIPATE in further rounds of Institute Allocation.

• Option 2. ACCEPT allotted Institute and WANT TO PARTICIPATE in 2nd ROUND of Institute Allocation

If you choose option 2 and get another Institute as per your choice in the next round of INI-SS Counselling, then you will have to join the Institute allocated during the next round. The previously allocated Institute shall be deemed vacated and automatically be allocated to other candidates next in merit as per choice. Failure to join the upgraded Institute in the next round of Institute shall lead to impositions of penalty of Rs. 3.00 Lakhs.

• If you have been allocated an Institute in the 1st Round of Online Institute Allocation does
• Does not respond in any of the above manners, his/her Institute allocation shall stand canceled and he/she shall be
• ineligible for all further Rounds of Institute Allocation except the Open/spot Round of Institute allocation (if any).

List of Documents Required

Documents that are required to be deposited in Original/DD (Three lakh) along with one set of self-attested photocopies as applicable.

• Offer Letter
• Institute allocation letter
• Final Registration Slip
• Admit Card issued by AIIMS.
• 10th passing/ Birth Certificate showing his/her date of birth.
• MBBS degree & all years’ mark sheet
• MD/MS degree/provisional pass certificate.
• OBC/SC/ST/EWS or Ex-Serviceman certificate if you have taken any age relaxation.
• Medical Council Registration

General Rules For 1st Round

Participation in the 1st round is mandatory to be eligible for the 2nd round of online institute allocation for INI SS January 2025 session

• Every candidate has been allocated an Institute as per his/her best choice filled subject to merit in AML/ CML as applicable, as available at that rank for the 1st Round.

• Vacant Institutes in the 1st Round of Institute allocation shall be allotted in subsequent rounds by following the above rules.

Policies Regarding Eligibility For 2nd Round

• The candidates who have been allocated an Institute in the 1st round have chosen option 2 and have fulfilled the requirements shall be eligible for the 2nd Round of Online Institute Allocation.

• All the candidates who were considered in the 1st round but have not been allocated any Institute will automatically be eligible for the next round.

• All candidates who were eligible for the 1st Round of Institute allocation but did not register or fill choices (NR/NP in this notification) shall not be considered eligible for the 2nd Round of Institute allocation but will be eligible for the Open Round of Institute Allocation (if any).
