INI CET January 2027 Registration Begins; Check Last Date to Apply

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi has invited online applications for the Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test (INI CET) January 2027 session. The registration process will be conducted through the official website at aiimsexams.ac.in.

As per Admission Notice No. 148/2026, online registration will begin on September 16, 2026. The last date to submit the application is October 13, 2026, up to 5 PM. The INI CET January 2027 examination will be conducted on November 1, 2026, in cities across India.

The examination is held for admission to MD, MS, MDS, six-year DM and six-year MCh programmes offered by AIIMS New Delhi, other AIIMS campuses and participating Institutes of National Importance.

How to Register for INI CET January 2027?

Candidates can complete the INI CET application process online by following these steps:

1. Visit the official AIIMS examinations portal at aiimsexams.ac.in.
2. Read the Prospectus Part-A and Part-B and check the eligibility criteria.
3. Complete the online registration using a valid mobile number and email ID.
4. Enter personal, academic and communication details.
5. Upload the required photograph, signature and documents in the prescribed format.
6. Pay the application fee through the available online payment mode.
7. Submit the form and download the confirmation page for future reference.

INI CET January 2027 Eligibility Criteria

AIIMS will upload the detailed eligibility criteria in Prospectus Part-A and Part-B on September 16, 2026. Candidates must fulfil the course-specific requirements related to their academic qualification, internship, registration and other conditions.

Applicants for MD, MS and six-year DM/MCh programmes must meet the eligibility requirements prescribed for medical graduates. Candidates applying for MDS programmes must fulfil the required BDS qualification and internship conditions. Applicants should carefully read the official prospectus before submitting the application form.

Important Instructions for Candidates

Candidates must complete the application and fee payment before the deadline of October 13, 2026, up to 5 PM. They should also check the Status of Registration window from October 17 to October 19, 2026.

AIIMS will upload all subsequent notices, corrigenda, addenda and updates only on its official website. Candidates must regularly visit aiimsexams.ac.in for the latest information. Applications for which the prescribed fee is not paid may be summarily rejected.

Action Plan for Candidates

1. Visit aiimsexams.ac.in and complete basic registration well before October 13, 2026.
2. Keep scanned copies of MBBS or BDS degree, internship certificate and category certificates ready.
3. Prepare a passport photograph, signature and left-hand thumb impression in the required format.
4. Arrange the prescribed application fee and complete online payment before the deadline.
5. Download the admit card from October 26, 2026 and appear for the exam on November 1, 2026.
