IIT Roorkee MBA summer placement 2024-26 released; Highest stipend INR 1.7 lakh; Check final report here

IIT Roorkee DoMS has released the MBA Summer Placement Report 2024–2026. The highest stipend offered was INR 1.7 lakh for two months. The Final Placement report has also been released.

IIT Rookee Placement Report Snapshot

The Department of Management Studies (DoMS), IIT Roorkee, has announced that the MBA Summer Placement 2024 - 2026 has been successfully completed. The highest stipend was INR 1.7 lakh during the internship process, and the average stipend was INR 81,000 for a two-month tenure. Moreover, during the final placements for the year 2025, the highest CTC went up to INR 24 LPA.

The batch profile consists of 70 male & 8 female students, about 40% were freshers, while the other 60% have work experience ranging from 24 - 31 months. They came from varied academic backgrounds, including commerce, science and engineering streams such as CSE, ECE and Mechanical.

In total, there were more than 35 organisations that participated in the drive. Some of the top recruiters included Adani, AECOM, Artha Group, Bajaj Finserv, Cognizant, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Snapdeal, Makemytrip, and more. Here are the IIT Roorkee MBA Summer Placement statistics:

IIT Roorkee MBA Final Placements 2025

DOMS IIT Roorkee also shared the final placement report for the 2023 - 25 batch, where the highest CTC offered was INR 24 LPA, with an average of INR 17.91 LPA. Most of these offers were made in Operations, IT & Analytics (51%), followed by Manufacturing (19%), Education (11%), Marketing (8%), and others (11%).
