The application fee is INR 200 and INR 100 for Male and Female candidates respectively.

The Indian Institute of Technology Mandi has invited applications for several PhD and Masters in Technology programs for the academic year 2025. Candidates with a bachelor's degree for the M.Tech program and a master's degree from the PhD program in appropriate disciplines are eligible to apply until April 30, 2025.

IIT Mandi Programs Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the Indian Institute of Technology Mandi PhD and MTech programs, individuals must complete the following qualifying requirements:

For PhD applicants (Full-Time Research Scholars)	An engineering or technology master's degree with a stellar academic record A qualifying GATE score in addition to a master's degree in science.
For Masters applicants (full-time research Scholars)	A master's degree in the pertinent sciences or a bachelor's degree in engineering or technology.
For Dual Degree [M.Tech. (R) + Ph.D.] applicants (Full time Research Scholars	Along with a valid GATE score, the candidate must possess a B.E./B.Tech., M.Sc., or an equivalent degree.
