European, Far Eastern, Japanese, Chinese, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korean, Indonesia, and African conferences cost INR 35,000 each. Attending conferences in the Gulf countries, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Maldives, Bangladesh, Burma, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Nepal would cost INR 20,000. The treatment of other nations will be evaluated on an individual basis.

For Europe, Far East Asia, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Indonesia, and Africa, the price is INR 1.5 lakhs. Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Burma, Pakistan, the Gulf States, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Maldives are among the bordering nations that cost INR 1 lakh. Support for other countries will be evaluated on an individual basis.

Candidates must have the following documents with them at the time of PhD program at Indian Institute of Technology Dhanbad PhD program.

Marksheets & certificates: 10th to last qualification
ID proof: Valid ID proof
Medical fitness: Original medical fitness certificate
Category certificate: EWS/SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD
Migration certificate: Original migration/transfer/e-migration
