The IIM Mumbai has announced that admissions for the PGDEx-VLFM (Post Graduate Diploma for Executives – Visionary Leadership for Manufacturing) programme for the 2026 batch are currently open. The institute has also extended the last date to apply till December 15, 2025.

To apply for the PGDEx-VLFM programme, candidates must hold a recognised first-class full-time bachelor’s degree in a technological discipline such as B.E. or B.Tech. In addition, applicants must have a minimum of four years and less than ten years of full-time industrial experience in sectors like manufacturing, operations, or consulting, as of the last date of application.

The selection process for the programme is highly rigorous and follows a three-stage structure. The first stage involves submitting an online application with Leadership Profiling. Applicants are also required to upload a Statement of Purpose (SOP), two Letters of Recommendation (LORs), and other relevant documents along with the detailed online form.
