IIM Jammu, National Central University Taiwan Collaborate for Academic, Research Exchange; Check Details Here

New Delhi: To improve educational possibilities and research collaborations, the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu has partnered with National Central University in Taiwan. The MoUl signing event took place virtually on October 6, 2023.

The collaboration between IIM Jammu and NCU Taiwan aims to develop academic and research cooperation across varied sectors such as student exchange, faculty exchange, exchange of academic information and resources, organising collaborative research programs, organising joint conferences, and more.

IIM Jammu's Director said, "This Memorandum of Understanding with National Central University in Taiwan is an important step towards expanding our global academic network. It provides great chances for our students and teachers to exchange ideas and participate in worldwide research and education”.

“We at IIM Jammu foresee worldwide certification and quality standards in the collaboration's numerous curricula”, he added. Through this MoU, the institutions also intended to have combined online meetings for staff and students from both universities. 

He said academic and scientific partnerships with National Central University Taiwan would follow this. "We are delighted to partner with IIM Jammu, an institution known for its commitment to excellence in management education, remarked Jin-Huei Yeh, Dean of National Central University Taiwan, on the occasion. This collaboration marks a promising start to our combined journey to advance knowledge and build global academic ties."

The virtual agreement signing ceremony was also attended by Jabir Ali, Dean Academics, IIM Jammu; Wei Hsien Li, Associate Professor, NCU Taiwan; Sarbjit Singh, Chairperson of International Relations; Anuja Akhouri, Chairperson of Corporate Communications; Rambalak Yadav, Chairperson Research; and Niti Shekhar, Assistant Professor of IIM Jammu.
