IIM Calcutta Launches 22nd Batch of Senior Management Programme with TimesPro

New Delhi: IIM Calcutta in collaboration with TimesPro has introduced the 22nd edition of its distinguished Senior Management Programme (SMP). This program is designed to augment participants' skills with up-to-date knowledge, equip them with modern competencies, and refine their leadership styles, providing a pathway for sustainable growth and organizational success.

IIM Calcutta Senior Management Programme (SMP) is the longest-running live online program of its kind in the country, playing a pivotal role in shaping leaders and organizations. The program's profound impact on both leaders and businesses reinforces its position as a catalyst for leadership excellence in today's dynamic world.

This one-year SMP provides a transformative experience for business leaders, equipping them to navigate the intricacies of the contemporary corporate landscape. 

What is the IIMC Senior Management Program?

The IIMC SMP participants gain the ability to formulate and execute visionary strategies, refine decision-making capabilities, cultivate leadership skills, and foster a global mindset. These enhanced leadership capabilities are instrumental in driving organizational performance and ensuring agility in navigating the complexities of the VUCA world.

During the announcement, Prof. Chetan Joshi and Prof. Ritu Mehta, Program Directors for SMP-22, expressed that the Senior Management Programme is a collaborative effort between IIM Calcutta and TimesPro, is intricately designed to empower leaders with the essential competencies required to excel in today's dynamic VUCA business landscape. 

Further, the SMP aspires to foster transformational leaders who will make a lasting impact on their organizations and industries, Mehta added.

Additionally, participants will benefit from two five-day campus immersion modules and receive alumni status upon completion.
