New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Amritsar is all set to organise the third edition of International Conference on Management of MSMEs on January 19-21, 2024. IIM Amritsar will be conducting the conference in collaboration with the Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship, Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, USA.

The theme of the conference will be "Transformative Pathways for MSMEs: Shaping the Future". The conference will aim to explore transformative ways on various fields such as Advanced Technology, Sustainable Practices, Wellbeing and Inclusion in workforce.
ICMM 2024 invites submission on the theme of “Transformative Pathways for MSMEs: Shaping the Future”. Submissions may include following topics.
- IT and Computational Systems
- Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources
- Quantitative Methods & Operations Management
- Marketing Management
- Economics
- Finance, Accounting, and Control
- Communications
- Strategic Management
All submissions should be made electronically via EasyChair. While submitting the paper, authors must declare that the paper has not been published, under consideration for publication, or accepted for publication anywhere. It is mandatory that at least one author of all accepted papers register for, and present the paper at, the conference. All papers will be reviewed following a double-blind peer review process.
The best paper will be awarded INR 50,000 and the runner-up will receive an award of INR 25,000.
