IIIT Hyderabad UGEE Admission 2023 Open; Last Date to Apply is March 31

New Delhi: IIIT Hyderabad has begun the application process for undergraduate level degree courses through UGEE for the academic session 2023-24. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @https://www.iiit.ac.in/. 

IIIT Hyderabad offers UG, PG, Dual Degree, and PhD programs in the field of Engineering, Science, and Information Technology. Candidates seeking admission to the UGEE programmes can submit their applications till March 31, 2023. 

IIIT Hyderabad UGEE Admission 2023 will be solely based on the candidate's performance in written entrance exam followed by interview performance.

IIIT Hyderabad UGEE Admission 2023: Dates

IIIT Hyderabad conducts undergraduate admission examination (UGEE) mode for admission to dual degree programmes. The Graduates of the dual degree programmes earn two degrees: B.Tech and Master of Science by Research. The Master's degree requires completion of a research thesis.

Candidates seeking to appear for the IIT Hyderabad UGEE courses will have to meet the requisite UGEE eligibility criteria. 

• Candidates must have passed class 12th class or equivalent with Maths, Physics and Chemistry by June 2023 from any recognized Board. 

IIIT Hyderabad UGEE Admission 2023: Selection Process 

• Candidates in this mode need to appear for a computer-based undergraduate entrance examination (UGEE) conducted by IIIT Hyderabad. 
• This exam will be for three hours and has two sections:
  • SUPR – Subject Proficiency test for 60 minutes.
  • REAP – Research Aptitude test for 120 minutes.
• Candidates will be ranked on REAP score and SUPR will be used for filtering.
• The entrance exam will be held on May 6, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. 

• Candidates qualifying the exam will have to clear an interview to gain admission. 
• Candidate's selection and final offer of admission is solely based on the interview performance.

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of IIIT Hyderabad @https://www.iiit.ac.in/. 

Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
