IIIT-H Integrated BTech & MS(Research) Admission 2023-24 Open; Last Day to Apply June 06

New Delhi: International Institute of Information Technology(IIIT), Hyderabad is inviting applications for admission to its 5 years integrated Bachelor of Technology and Master of Science in Research programs offered for the academic session 2023-24. Interested students can apply till June 06, 2023.

As per IIIT-H, the BTech program is offered in Computer Science along with MS(R) program in Computation Natural Sciences(CND) or Computing & Human Sciences(CHD). For registration, interested students can head to the official portal at iiit.ac.in

To apply for IIIT-H BTech Admissions 2023, candidates must have passed higher secondary from a recognised board. Candidates are selected on the basis of the marks scored in 10+2 followed by an interview round. 

 Applicants who have cleared their HSC degree before 2021 are barred from this mode of admission.

IIIT-H BTech Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria & Selection Criteria

Candidates looking forward to applying for admission to the IIIT BTech & MS(R) Program can now check the detailed eligibility criteria mentioned below:

For the CND program, candidates must have an HSC degree with at least 90% or more as aggregate in Maths, Physics and Chemistry from a recognised board.

For the CHD program, applicants must have an HSC degree with at least 85% or more in total with Maths and any one subject among History, Political Science, Geography, Economics, English Elective, and Sociology.

The selection of the applicants is based on HSC Scores followed by an Interview Round.

Step 2: From the homepage, click on “Admission,” and select “Undergraduate.” 

Step 3: Fill in the details accurately, and attach the documents per the requirement 

Step 4: Download & Submit the application form to complete the application process.
