Financial assistance is provided as stipend to all full-time research (PhD/Master of Science by Research) students during the first semester and it will be continued based on satisfactory academic and research performance.

The Indian Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad has released the fee structure for various UG, PG, and PhD programs for the academic year 2025-26. The overall program fee for B.Tech Single Degree is INR 4,50,000 for AY 2025-26. The total fee this year for a B.Tech Single Degree has increased by INR 50,000 as compared to the previous year.
