ICAR UG Counselling Round 3 Seat Allotment Released

New Delhi: Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) has released the Seat Allocation for Round 3 Counselling on November 20, 2023. Candidates who had applied for the test can check the seat allocation from the official website @icaradmission.in.

ICAR had earlier revised the schedule for the counselling rounds of ICAR UG Exam 2023. According to the revised schedule, candidates will have to get their documents verified by the respective university till November 22, 2023. Candidates will have to report to the universities by November 24, 2023. The Round 4 Seat Allotment will be released on November 27, 2023.

How to Download ICAR AIEEA 2023 Round 3 Seat Allotment

Candidates can follow the below mentioned steps to download their ICAR AIEEA 2023 Round 3 Seat Allotment List:

Visit the official website of ICAR.
Click on the link for ICAR AIEEA 2023/ ICAR AIEEA PG 2023 Counselling Call letter.
Log in using your application number and password.
Click on ‘Download Counselling Call Letter’.
The counselling call letter will be displayed on your computer screen.
Candidates need to download and take a printout of the letter as it will be needed during the time of counselling.

Documents Required For ICAR AIEEA Counselling 2023

The documents that are required at the time of ICAR AIEEA 2023 Counselling are listed below:

Mark sheet and Certificate of Class 10 and Class 12
Transfer/Migration Certificate
Character Certificate
Date of Birth Certificate (if date of birth is not mentioned on the certificate of Class 10)
Category Certificate if a candidate belongs to SC/ST/OBC categories
Medical Certificate if candidate is physically challenged (PC)
Admit card, copy of online application form and call letter issued to qualified candidates by ICAR related to admission
3 recent passport size photographs that are the same as pasted on the online application form
Domicile certificate
Authority letter if candidate is not able to personally attend the counselling

What After ICAR AIEEA 2023 Round 3 Seat Allotment

After ICAR has released the Round 3 Seat Allotment, candidates need to check their allotments through the official website. If the candidate accepts the seat allotted, he/she will have to pay the seat allotment fee and download the provisional allotment letter and report to the college on the scheduled date for verification of documents.
