Hyderabad University and TeamLease Edtech will jointly offer online courses through the Centre for Distance and Virtual Learning (CDVL). This agreement aims to enhance accessibility to education through virtual platforms.
New Delhi: Hyderabad University has entered into an agreement with TeamLease Edtech (TLE) Limited, Mumbai to offer online diploma courses in line with University Grants Commission (UGC), Open and Distance Learning (ODL), and online regulations 2020.
Commenting on the agreement, BJ Rao, the Vice Chancellor of Hyderabad University, stated that this is a complementary collaboration that will benefit the student community. It brings distance learning and job apprenticeship-based earning onto the same page.
The three-year agreement between UoH and TeamLease Edtech was signed by Devesh Nigam, Registrar of Hyderabad University, and Rohit Dogra, Regional Head of University Business representing Team Lease.

Diploma Courses by Hyderabad University and TeamLease
The University of Hyderabad's collaboration with TeamLease Edtech aims to provide the following courses online through the Centre for Distance and Virtual Learning (CDVL):
- Diploma Course in Energy Management (DENM)
- Diploma Course in Communication C English (DCE)
- Diploma Course in Governance (DG)
- Diploma Course in AI and ML (DAI and ML)
- Diploma Course in JAVA FSD.
The MoU signing ceremony included notable guests such as BJ Rao, Vice Chancellor of UoH; SL Sabat, Research and Development Director at UoH; S Jeelani, Director of CDVL at UoH; E Venkatesu from the Department of Political Science at UoH; and Nagaraja Naidu C, Senior Manager, University Business.
To provide educational support services to educational Institutions, colleges and universities, TeamLease Edtech (TLE) Ltd has collaborated with 650 corporations across 17 domains to provide students with apprenticeship opportunities.
