Goswami Ganesh Dutt Sanatan Dharma College (GGDSD) is inviting applications for the PhD Economics program for the January 2025 session. The applicant's subject understanding/ knowledge and research aptitude will be assessed through an interview, presentation (8-10 minutes PPT), and written research proposal.

GGDSD PhD Economics Admission 2025 Documents Required
Candidates have to submit the following self-attested documents along with the application:
- Qualifying Examination: PhD Entrance Test (held in the past with three-year validity/UGC-NET/JRF).
- All DMCs from Matriculation (10th) onwards
- Character Certificate
- Migration Certificate
- Any Scholarship/Fellowship details
- NOC from the employer (if applicable)
- Copy of Aadhaar Card
- Contact Number and Email ID
GGDSD PhD Economics Admission 2025 Research Proposal Details
Candidates must submit a presentation (8-10 minutes PPT) and a written research proposal. in the broad areas of Economics. However, the research area will only be finalised in consultation with the supervisor after admission.
A soft copy of the research proposal has to be submitted to principal@ggdsd.ac.in in the following format in not more than 2500-3000 words along with the PhD application form.

- Literature review along with research gaps
- Research questions, Objective/Hypotheses
- Data sources
- Methodology
- References
Candidates have to submit the filled PhD application form along with the research proposal and required documents at the reception, GGD SD College, Sector 32-C, Chandigarh by hand or send it through registered post and also email the soft copy to principal@ggdsd.ac.in.
