DU UG Admission 2023: Over 1.4 Lakh Registrations Recorded; 74,312 Applications Received

New Delhi: The University of Delhi (DU) has received a total of 1,47,317 registrations for UG Admission 2023. As per data shared by the university, out of the total 1.4 lakh applications, as many as 74,312 candidates have submitted their DU applications. DU is accepting applications for admission to its programs through the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS).

DU is currently accepting applications for admission through the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS). The university offers a total of 78 UG programs, including 198 combinations for the BA program, and aims to fill around 71,000 seats across its DU Affiliated Colleges. 

Delhi University Admission will be done based on the CUET UG 2023 scores. The registration process for CSAS UG 2023 involves applying to the university, indicating preferences for programs and colleges, and the allocation and admission of seats.

A non-refundable application fee is required for CSAS UG 2023, which varies based on the candidate's category. Candidates belonging to the UR, OBC-NCL, and EWS categories need to pay INR 250, while for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates, the fee is INR 10.

While admission to all UG programs at DU is based on CUET UG scores, the admission criteria differ for the School of Open Learning (DU SOL), Non-Collegiate Women Education Board (NCWEB), and foreign nationals.
