DU Vice-Chancellor Yogesh Singh shared that students with low attendance will attend the classes for two weeks. After this, the fresh dates to hold the end-term examination will be released.
New Delhi: Delhi University, Faculty of Law has announced the postponement of the DU LLB Term End Exam 2024, which was scheduled to be held on July 04, 2024. The exams have been postponed as per the orders of DU Vice Chancellor Yogesh Singh.
The Delhi University’s official notice reads, "Due to orders of the Vice Chancellor, the examinations of LLB II/IV/VI term scheduled for July 4 are postponed. All concerned students please note. Fresh dates will be notified in due course of time”.
Informing about this decision, DU Vice Chancellor Singh shared that the exam has been postponed as many students who registered for the examination were detained from appearing in the exam as a result of their low attendance. Now, such students will cover their attendance by appearing for two weeks of classes.
DU Vice-Chancellor Yogesh Singh said, "After the students are compensated for two weeks for the loss of attendance, fresh dates to hold the end-term examination will be released".

In other news, Delhi University has recently published the round 2 seat allotment results for admission to its various PG courses such as MA, MCom, MSc, MCA, etc on July 02, 2024. Those who are allotted seats must confirm their admission by paying the seat acceptance fee by July 06, 2024.
Additionally, the university published the DU Round 2 Seat Allotment 2024 for admission to its BA LLB/BBA LLB and BTech program on July 02, 2024. The last date for seat acceptance for BA LLB and BBA LLB admission is July 05, 2024, and for BTech admission is July 06, 2024
