NEET PG Counselling 2024: DHS Manipur Extends Last Date for PG Application Submission for RIMS and JNIMS

The Directorate of Health Services, Government of Manipur, has issued a new notification extending the last date for submission of application forms for Postgraduate (PG) studies at the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) and Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Medical Sciences (JNIMS). In a notification numbered 104151PG12024-DHS, the Directorate has clarified that applications, along with all relevant documents, must be submitted by 2 P.M. on November 14, 2024.

This extension allows Manipur Health Services (MHS) officers, appointed regularly, additional time to gather and submit necessary enclosures, including certificates for postings in remote or difficult areas. The Directorate’s previous memorandum, dated October 31, 2024, outlined initial instructions and has now been updated to accommodate the new deadline.

To apply, applicants should follow these steps:

• Visit the Official Directorate Website: Go to the official website of the Manipur Directorate of Health Services.

• Download the Application Form: Locate the link for PG studies at RIMS and JNIMS and download the application form, if not already obtained.

• Complete the Form: Fill out all required fields carefully, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Attach Required Documents: Gather and attach all required documents, including the Certificate for posting in remote or difficult areas for MHS officers.

• Submit in Person or by Mail: Submit the application in person at the Directorate of Health Services office, or as directed in the official notification, before the deadline.
