Delhi University Postpones PG/Professional Exams 2026; Revised Dates Soon

Delhi University (DU) announced on May 1, 2026, the rescheduling of postgraduate and professional semester examinations due to unavoidable circumstances.

As per the official notification dated April 29, no examinations will be held between May 20 and May 25, 2026. The Controller of Examination has directed all departments to immediately submit revised date sheets for approval by the competent authority.

The postponement affects only the May 20-25 window, while examinations scheduled before May 20 and after May 25 will proceed as originally planned.

Delhi University has emphasised that revised schedules must be communicated to all concerned faculty members and students.

These updated date sheets will be displayed on departmental notice boards and uploaded on the official university website (exam.du.ac.in).
