The city intimation slip is not the official Admit Card. It only informs the candidate of the city where their center will be located. The NTA will issue the actual Admit Cards separately at a later date, closer to the specific exam days. Applicants must use their Application Number and Password/Date of Birth to download the slip from the official website.
