CENTAC has extended the NEET UG 2025 Round 3 registration and choice filling deadline till October 22, 2025.

The Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC), Puducherry, has extended the Round 3 registration and choice filling deadline for NEET UG 2025-based medical admissions till October 22, 2025 (5:00 PM).
This extension applies to candidates seeking admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, and BVSc & AH courses under the Government of Puducherry. Furthermore, candidates who have already secured admission in Round 1 or Round 2 but wish to withdraw their allotted seat can do so by October 22, 2025 through their candidate login portal.

CENTAC 2025 NEET UG Round 3 Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have qualified NEET UG 2025 with valid scores.
- Applicants should have completed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English.
- Candidates must fulfill the domicile requirements specified by CENTAC for Puducherry seats.
- For NRI and management quota seats, separate eligibility norms apply as mentioned in the CENTAC brochure.
CENTAC 2025 NEET UG Round 3 Registration Process
As per the official notification, the CENTAC NEET UG 2025 admission process involves multiple stages that candidates must complete carefully within the stipulated timeline. The process begins with online registration, where candidates need to log in to the official portal and fill out their personal and academic details.
Following registration, aspirants are required to select and submit their preferred courses and colleges through the choice filling option before the deadline.
Applicants must then pay the prescribed registration or counselling fee to confirm their participation. The seat allotment will be carried out based on the candidate’s NEET UG rank, filled preferences, and seat availability.
Those allotted a seat will have to upload the necessary documents for verification on the portal and subsequently report to the allotted college within the given schedule to secure admission.
For verification and reporting, candidates must keep the following documents ready:
- NEET UG 2025 Scorecard
- Class 10 and 12 mark sheets
- Transfer and Conduct Certificates
- Community/Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Residence Certificate issued by the competent authority
- Recent passport-sized photographs
- Allotment letter (after seat allotment)
- Valid photo ID proof such as Aadhaar or Passport
Candidates are advised to ensure that all documents are genuine and up to date, as discrepancies may lead to cancellation of candidature.
