My vision is to establish an environment of academic excellence, innovation, and inclusivity. Long-term goals include enhancing academic quality, fostering student success and support, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. I plan to lead the college by collaborating with stakeholders, allocating resources effectively, and promoting innovation and continuous improvement. Monitoring progress, adapting strategies, and leading by example will be key to achieving our goals.

We’re currently focusing on curriculum enhancement, student support services expansion, community engagement programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, and sustainability initiatives. These initiatives aim to improve academic offerings, support student success, engage with the community, promote diversity, and foster sustainability.
How do you ensure effective communication and collaboration among various departments and stakeholders within the college?
Effective communication and collaboration are ensured through regular meetings and updates among department heads, utilizing digital platforms for sharing information and feedback, implementing cross-departmental projects and task forces, encouraging an open-door policy, and fostering a culture of transparency.
