19th June 2018. Dehradun: In an attempt to set the Limca Book of Records for a maximum number of people performing push-up simultaneously under/for a minute, BFIT Group of Institution, situated in Suddhowala, Dehradun organized the set up for breaking the record in the institute's premises on March 29, 2018.

The Limca Book of Records is an annual reference book published in India that documents human and natural world records. Dr. Mahendra Pant, Doon Hospital, and Dr. Jayanti Pant, Associate Professor, Department of Physiology, AIIMS, Rishikesh were the Guest of Honor and the Chief Guest of the event respectively. Students, as well as faculty members willingly participated in the event to pump up the spirits of the students and herald the beginning of the 3-day Techno-Cultural event of the institute titled 'TECHNO-JASHN 2018' held from March 30 to April 1, 2018. Aiming to set Limca Book of records, more than 653 students and faculty members said to have participated in the event to make it a grand success ahead.
