As an Academic administrator, my sole role and responsibility is the overall development of students for their both personal and professional growth as an individual and also as competent healthcare members in tertiary care as well as change agents in the community.

I serve as a dedicated Skill Coordinator and Trainer for courses in General Duty Assistance (GDA) and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). My role involves imparting essential skills and knowledge to students pursuing these critical healthcare paths, equipping them to excel in their roles. Additionally, I am an experienced Freelance Trainer specializing in first aid and Basic Life Support (BLS). I take pride in disseminating life-saving skills to a wide range of individuals and organizations, empowering them to respond effectively in emergencies. How do you help your student to cope with the competition being so high in the outside world?

My commitment to student success goes beyond the classroom, encompassing a holistic approach to their growth and development. I offer grooming sessions to help students refine their professional image, instill confidence, and cultivate essential soft skills. Counseling services provide a safe space for students to address personal challenges, ensuring their emotional well-being. Additionally, I conduct remedial sessions to bridge any academic gaps and help students reach their full potential. Preparing them for placement processes is a top priority, as I equip them with interview strategies, resume building, and networking skills, ensuring they are ready to excel in the competitive job market. My comprehensive approach aims to nurture not only their academic success but also their overall personal and professional growth.
