What is the latest program that you are offering in your institute/dept. which will help students outperform and stand apart from the crowd?

Lakshya Institute of Commerce & Management offers regular undergraduate courses which include a Bachelor of Commerce with Computer Applications & Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) under affiliation with Osmania University. The undergraduate programs offer access to job opportunities, marketability, earning potential, networking, etc. Nowadays syllabus completion, examinations & ranks/grades are the main motto, and the student’s individual development & skill enhancement take a back seat. The future can never be predicted but only be prepared for. Firstly, we have well-trained & experienced faculty. Apart from that we encourage our faculty to participate in various programs in their field of expertise so that they can deliver the same to our students.

The primary thing is to stay updated with the present-day industry trends & impart the concept accordingly. It ensures smooth communication and coordination between education and career.

What were the challenges you faced while inculcating this program into your curriculum?

There were many challenges but the transition to delve was smooth and their advancement was much smoother. There will be a lot of activities that need to be introduced and implemented which will be a challenging part.

What are the types of projects that the students are working on through this program?

The projects are given by our study members on an individual basis keeping in view the academic and industry drifts. There will be a lot of practical problems and activities that will help the students gain insightful knowledge.
