How do you motivate students to create an interest in English Language as a subject?
Being a teacher is a difficult job, as teaching languages is a difficult job. I have to focus on making classes engaging and interactive where students are actively encouraged to participate in learning. I use multiple teaching models, such as group discussions, close readings, and multimedia presentations, to help students develop research skills and deepen their understanding of the material.
What advice do you have for students who are struggling with writing essays or analyzing complex texts on their way?
For students who are struggling with writing essays or analysing complex texts, I would recommend breaking down the material into smaller, more manageable parts. Try focussing on one aspect at a time. I also encourage students to seek feedback from their seniors and other faculty members. Take advantage of writing blogs for your college for practice. Remember, persistence is key to improving writing and analytical skills.

How do you keep updated with the market and industry standards?
Being a professor is not an easy job and it is my priority to stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the field of English literature. I achieve this by conducting continuous research, attending conferences, and engaging with other scholars in the field. Also, I implement these new insights into my teaching by updating my curriculum, introducing relevant texts, and encouraging students to explore contemporary works.
How can a student analyze and interpret complex texts effectively in their English classes?
As a student, analysing complex texts requires careful attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Start by breaking down the text into smaller sections and identifying key themes, characters and literary devices. Engage in discussions with classmates or seek your professor's guidance to deepen your understanding of the text.
How do you think students encourage in believing them to gain interest in language?
Being a professor, my job is to make people believe in learning and also to use it in their daily lives. I believe in using various books, texts, and journals and involving students in discussions, which will create an environment of learning. By encouraging students to explore different perspectives, themes, and interpretations in literature, I aim to develop their analytical skills and enhance their understanding of the intricacies of literary works.
