Being a part of management, what is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

As the Director of Prince College, I believe in a leadership philosophy centered around empowerment, innovation, and excellence. My leadership style is best described as transformational. I strive to inspire and motivate our faculty and students to reach their highest potential. I encourage a culture of open communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement. I must lead by example and set high standards for all members of our educational community.


According to you, what makes the education industry the best industry to work in?

The education industry is indeed one of the most rewarding and dynamic fields to work in. What sets it apart is the opportunity to shape the future and contribute to the growth of individuals and society. It allows us to inspire and empower students to become leaders, thinkers, and change-makers. Education also provides a platform for lifelong learning and continuous improvement. What do you think should be college's top priority over the next 5 years?

Over the next five years, our college's top priority is to continually enhance the quality of education and ensure that we remain at the forefront of educational excellence. We aim to expand our programs for competitive exam preparation with IAS and RAS coaching programme while maintaining our commitment to academic rigor. Additionally, we will focus on further developing our infrastructure, leveraging technology for efficient learning, and providing ample opportunities for research and practical experience. Our ultimate goal is to prepare students not just for exams but for life, fostering a holistic growth mindset.

My connection with students and faculty is grounded in open communication and mutual respect. I believe in maintaining an open-door policy to listen to their concerns and ideas. Regular interactions, meetings, and feedback sessions are vital in understanding their needs. Balancing expectations is a continuous effort. It's essential to strike a balance between the college's academic and operational goals and the students' aspirations. We aim to meet these expectations by aligning our curriculum with industry needs and providing the support students require. Our faculty is instrumental in bridging this gap by ensuring students receive the best possible education and guidance.
