Ms. Lavanya Kanduri is the Chairperson and Dean of Manson Center of Excellence School of Business Management. She is a double Post Graduate. She has a Master's Degree in Commerce and in Business Administration with a specialization in International Finance. She is a fellow member of ICMAI. Her areas of expertise include Transfer Pricing, Handling Internal and External audits, Multi-Location Coordination – to keep the books up to date, Developing and Establishing MIS for Corporate Leadership Review and Decision Making. She has a successful track record of conducting and concluding the academic cycles for several batches of students. She specializes in subjects like Management Accounts, Income Tax, Cost Accountancy and Advanced Financial Accounting, etc.

What is the latest program that you are offering in your institute/dept. which will help students outperform and stand apart from the crowd?

We provide Business Management programs at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Apart from academics we provide few value-addition programs to make them industry ready. We offer various professional global certification programs such as Certified Management Accountant - CMA US & CIMA UK. We groom our students not only in academics but also nurture their overall personality development. What were the challenges that you faced while inculcating this program in your curriculum?

One should understand that a good teacher is one who is not only a fountain of knowledge but also an agent of change. Lack of academic freedom makes faculty curtail their motivation to learn, innovate and update their teaching practices. However, thanks to our specialized programs which give an opportunity to our faculty to explore, motivate and absorb the latest teaching pedagogy.
