Dr. N. Pakutharivu is the Associate Professor and HOD of Management at Suguna College of Arts and Science in Coimbatore. She has pursued an MBA in finance, an M.Phil. in finance, an MHRM from Pondicherry University, and a PhD in finance from Bharathiyar University. She has more than two decades of experience instructing students in the areas of finance and management. Furthermore, she has mentored several Ph.D. and M.Phil. candidates and has a long record of publications in both domestic and foreign journals. Her areas of interest in the study are labor welfare and industrial relations, managing interpersonal effectiveness, organizational behavior, equity research, and portfolio management.
