You have held key positions at education institutes throughout your professional career. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the Suguna CAS?
Throughout my career, I have held significant positions at several educational institutions, which has enabled me to relate to Suguna CAS's objectives. My love of learning and teaching has always inspired me to continue picking up new abilities so that I can support my pupils more successfully. Suguna CAS's friendly atmosphere and commitment to academic success inspire me. My primary responsibility here is to nurture and mentor students' dreams to enable them to reach their greatest potential. The collaborative environment and dedication to student success that Suguna CAS embodies make it a special place for me.
Being the Head of the Department, Suguna CAS, what is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?
My leadership principles center on setting an inspiring example and fostering an environment that encourages growth. My style of leadership is transformational, and my objective is to motivate our students and team members to realize their full potential. By encouraging innovation, open communication, and active participation, my goal is to create a dynamic and engaging atmosphere where each member can significantly contribute to Suguna CAS's success. My objective is to create a cooperative society that continuously strives for growth and intellectual excellence.
How do you tend to build industry connections with this program?
A Memorandum of Understanding links important industry participants, auditors' offices, and professional associations to promote industry collaborations through our efforts. To teach students about current trends and networking opportunities, we invite industry experts to give guest lectures and seminars. In collaboration with YI Indians and EDII, we host events like "Coffee with the CEO" to connect students, business professionals, and educators. Our wide internship program is continuously evaluated for its relevance to the business and is based on solid partnerships with audit offices and industry sectors.
What do you see as the college's greatest strength, and how can it be enhanced?
To facilitate the development of young students in all areas, the institution provides well-appointed spaces for sports, extracurriculars, and academic pursuits. The faculty at the college is very knowledgeable and equipped to handle individual and academic needs. Their goals are to convey knowledge, help students unlock their hidden skills, and help them become better versions of themselves.

How do you tend to establish a healthy relationship and environment in your institute/ university?
We assist the administration in creating a supportive environment and solid ties inside our institute by offering a range of committees, groups, and cells. These committees manage admissions, conduct exams, enforce regulations, and keep an eye on how the mess and hostel are run. Our college prioritizes the needs of its students, and even after business hours, the principal and instructors are always accessible to help. We create a friendly atmosphere on campus by allowing teachers, staff, and students to freely voice their opinions.
Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?
I would tell today's eager and youthful kids to never give up studying new things, even outside of the classroom. Make contacts with individuals in your field; doing so will genuinely aid in your advancement. Try to obtain real-world experience through projects or internships. Remain resilient and strong through difficult circumstances. Ensure that the objectives you have are ones you are genuinely enthusiastic about. You can achieve future academic and professional success by adhering to these principles.
What are some plans that you’re currently (or will be) designing for Suguna CAS international affairs and/or students?
We are now developing strategies to strengthen both our international relations and our assistance for overseas students. We will be adding global perspectives to our curriculum, collaborating with foreign universities to support student exchange programs, and offering language and cultural integration programs to provide a smooth transition for international students. Creating a friendly, varied campus environment that values cultural diversity and foreign internships are our other top focuses. We intend to broaden our children's cultural horizons and better prepare them for success in an increasingly interconnected global world by implementing these programs.
