Mr. S.Kanagadurai is the Placement Head at Kathir College of Arts and Science. He has done M.Phil in Economics from Vinayaka University. He has around 26 years of experience in the technical field. He has been in HRD Selection and Training for the last 20 years. He is a life member of the Institution of Engineers (India), Kolkata, and an active member of the Coimbatore District Small Industries Association, Coimbatore.

Identifying potential job openings and internships in various sectors is crucial to match students' skills and interests with suitable positions. Organization and coordination of placement drives, campus interviews, and recruitment events are vital to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Additionally, I emphasize preparing students for interviews, group discussions, and aptitude tests, equipping them with the necessary skills and confidence to excel in the recruitment process. By nurturing industry tie-ups and providing comprehensive support to students, I aim to facilitate successful placements and contribute to their professional growth and career development.
