What is the latest program that you are offering in your institute? which will help students outperform and stand apart from the crowd?
Our latest program is the CRT program which is short for Campus Recruitment Training. This is a soft skills training programme where students are given training and mock interview sessions, followed by online assessment tests.
What are the factors that make this program the best for the students to opt?
Our programs aim at improving students’ English LSRW skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). These skills are vital for getting corporate jobs in any industry. They also receive soft skills training that will improve their self-esteem and confidence, which are the main components of corporate placements. We also provide logical reasoning, verbal ability, and aptitude, which help them enhance their analytical skills.
What will you say the “best practices” in the course you’re offering?
Our program has been designed to bring out the best in the students. The students will discover their potential skills by learning how to speak better and work collaboratively with other classmates. They will also learn many other skills that will unleash their talents.
What are some valuable insights of the program that you are offering at your institute?
Students will learn public speaking skills and corporate presentation skills. They will also receive training in entrepreneurship skills through debates, group discussions, and quiz programs that are conducted regularly.

How does the program ensure that students are being prepared for the future?
In our program, the focus is on polishing the student’s English speaking skills and interview skills. We hold group discussions, practice interview sessions and learn entrepreneurship skills will be given priority in order to connect them to industry (corporate). Students also learn communication skills, time management, organization etc.
How did you train yourself/faculty to deliver this program to the students?
Our teachers are trained to better teach the students. They are equipped with the latest trends and practises being used in various fields of training and subjects. Some of the programs, teachers go through are personality development programs which are done in both online and offline modes.
How do you tend to build an industry connect with this program?
The entire curriculum of training is designed to meet industry requirements. We have made sure to include aspects such as excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and corporate etiquette. These are all skills necessary to not just get selected in a job but also build a sustainable career. We also maintain connections with industry experts and alumni to get their feedback on what to include in our syllabuses.
What were the challenges that you faced while inculcating this program in your curriculum?
We do face certain challenges in teaching our curriculum. Most of the teaching periods are allotted to teaching the core syllabus, and a few periods are given to CRT training sessions. There is not much time left to cover other subjects. Students are not graded, so they pay less attention in the classroom. Some students come from rural backgrounds and possess strong mother tongue influences while speaking English. They have fear and difficulty speaking English.
What are the types of projects that the students are working on through this program?
Some of the projects students work on are internships, digital marketing awareness projects, and real-life case studies. These projects are perfect to develop an enthusiasm for entrepreneurship. They also get exposure to work while studying.
