City College Conducted an International Talk Show on “New Age Challenges And Opportunities: A Global Perspective”

City College Jayanagar, under the leadership of Dr. K R Paramahamsa, Chairman, and Ms. Monica Kalluri, Vice President, organized an international talk show titled "New Age Challenges and Opportunities: A Global Perspective" on April 18, 2024. The event attracted 400-500 participants and featured 10 esteemed speakers from Australia, Sri Lanka, Canada, and India. Mr. Venkatesh from Google, Canada, served as the Keynote speaker alongside Mr. Braj Kishore Gupta as the moderator for the panel discussion.The panel included Priya Darshini Jacob, Nicole Tania McKenzie Lee, Christopher King, Stephen Cooke, Daniela Chierego, Dr. Winston Jacob, Deanne Cooke, and Sally Ann Campbell, all contributing their global insights.

Hosting international speakers from various countries has provided diverse perspectives on the challenges and opportunities in the current era. Having such a distinguished panel and moderator, added depth to the discussions that foster global dialogue and collaboration in education.

The crowd unanimously lauded the efforts of all involved including Dr. Puttaraj, the Principal, Mr. Titto Antony Adam, Director - presided over the event, which both students and faculty members attended.
