Being the Director of S N Sinha Institute of Business Management, what is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?
As far as leadership is concerned, I believe that leadership is to guide the team members and your subordinates toward a specified goal that will help the organization achieve success. Leadership comes with experience, also what I feel that once you start handling a team you keep on motivating the members to work in synergy to achieve a specific goal. I believe in a consultative approach, where you will get suggestions from the team members and that will help you out in framing the solution for the specific problem. It is well said that a brainstorming session is very important for good decisions. I completely fall on this and continuously try to work on the above-mentioned approach. Once you start getting thoughts from different people there are high chance that the decision that you take lies in the correct direction

I would like to suggest only one thing as a Director of a management institute, a student must always thrive for the practicality of the concepts that they study. As you know India is now the most populated country in the world and to manage such a large population, there is a huge demand for the Managers. So there is a lot of scope for students who want to have a career as a Manager but they should work to have practical knowledge rather than having just theoretical Knowledge.
