Bankura University Result 2024: How to Check Online?

Provisional semester results will be published along with the total marks obtained by a candidate in each paper. In case, if a candidate fails to secure qualifying marks in a particular semester examination then the result of the next semester examination will be treated as Semester Not Cleared (SNC). The final result of a candidate will be determined by considering marks of all four semesters. Students can check their results by going through the below-listed steps:

  • Visit the official website of Bankura University.
  • In the main menu, click on the ‘Student’s Corner’ section.
  • Now in the drop-down menu, click on Results.
  • You will be redirected to the result listing page.
  • Enter your registration number & submit.
  • Save & submit the result for future use.
  • The entire PG courses are divided into four semesters. There will be one written & one practical examination at the end of course work of each semester. Students have to appear in the internal assessment, as it is mandatory to complete the course work.
  • In order to secure the degree in the final semester, students have to perform well in different areas such as Project Report, Term Paper & Field work report as a part of the special or optional papers. Students have to secure at least 55% marks to qualify in these areas.

Students can apply for improvement in their semester marks, provided they have scored at least 50% marks in the respective course.  Students must note that they cannot apply for improvement of marks in case of Term Paper, Project Paper, Internal assessment & viva-voce.
