Bankura University Purandarpur Scholarship 2024

Bankura University provides scholarships to those students who score good marks in the educational field. Top 3 students on the basis of ranking wise get financial scholarships. Below are mentioned some of the scholarships facilitated by the college:

Kanyashree K2 Swami Vivekananda Merit cum Means scholarship: This scholarship helps girl students to get a scholarship for tuition fees as well as other expenses like stationery, books, hostel, and food.
National Scholarship Stipend: This is a government scholarship for SC, ST, OBC category students who are economically weaker section students.
INSPIRE scholarship: This is a central government scholarship given to students from the EWS category, whose annual family income is very low.

Best Campus & it's surroundings, There was many buildings for each courses
It has a big play ground with its boys & girls hostel.

Nothing there that i dislike , but one thing for sure that some course like BCA is not there for students

First of all you have to be 12 th pass & college authority conducts its own examination for admission for every subject, everyone can fill its form from its own website, & there is some reservation for SC,st,obc & gen ews & physically handicapped students. & Left all are ok

A honest review of my college where I spent 3years

Likes

Flexible time table for the classes through the years.
The professors are friendly, cooperative as well as helpful

Dislikes

Lack of faculty in some departments harms the flow of knowledge.
Lack of proper equipment in classes to cope up with the changing weathers.

Admission:

Minimum 55% for the SC,ST and OBC students and 70% for general in the higher secondary exam was the course eligibility. There is no entrance exam and online form fillups are done through the official website of the college. There is a scope of improvement in the helpdesk support of the college.

The teaching style of professors is so good, they all are so polite and helped students with kindness.
The quality of infrastructure improves day by day, the learning instruments increasing day to day which thrives the the nature of teaching methods.

Dislikes

I have a dislike about the quality of canteen food.

Admission:

If someone have chemistry in 12th then he or she is eligible for the course. Students can find out the application form from the college website they have mentiond all the details about dates and fees etc.per year the university took 2semester ,the difficulty level of the is midium,if someone read properly they can get a good marks.

Faculties, library books availability, stuffs.

Admission:

Admission based on mainly higher secondary marks. Application fees is affordable for students. Students can fill up form nearby online centres. Last year from 2023 entrance test is taken for admission. Specifically I have no issues with admission procedure.

There is too much course available for applying the eligibility criteria of mane courses are same like you have sit on entrance exam and if you passed with 80% and above marks you are eligible for the course. I joined in 2021 in BCC. At that time there was no admission exam as per CBCS SYSTEM. But from 2023, our college has started entrance exam to study in the college as per NEP System. So I don't have any valid idea about the entrance exam process. But I can say the question is moderate and can be done easily
