He has over 19 years of professional experience as an educator. He is an expert in Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, and Research Methodology. His other areas of interest are Advertising Management, Brand Management, and Supply Chain Management.

You have held key positions at education institutes throughout your professional career. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector and what attracted you to it?

My strong connection to the education sector is driven by a deep commitment to the holistic development of students. It also serves as a dynamic avenue for staying updated on the latest technological advancements. Education, being a noble profession, is marked by the mutual respect between students and educators, which has been a significant motivation for my enduring involvement. The sector's nobility and its potential to bring about positive change have been the core attractions that drew me to it. Witnessing my students find employment and create opportunities for others brings me immense satisfaction.

Being the Principal at Dayanand Academy of Management Studies, what is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

In my philosophy of leadership, a leader is strategic, inspiring, and motivating. The cornerstone of effective leadership is fostering teamwork. A leader should inspire teamwork and encourage each team member to excel and achieve set targets. They must support and maintain a balanced approach within the organization, bridging various departments, including management, staff, and students. Leading by example is pivotal. A true leader doesn't just give orders but devises a plan and actively participates alongside the team to accomplish tasks.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the University and the students are?

My primary responsibility is to chart a course that aligns the organization with its vision. Creating an environment that stimulates the growth of faculty and students is a key role. My primary duty and responsibility lie in motivating both faculty and students to engage in research and innovation, ultimately contributing to the institution's growth and the development of the students.

How does the curriculum of your college ensure the best practice of industry?

Our curriculum adheres to the AKTU standards and is meticulously designed to meet industry benchmarks. We ensure best practices in the industry through an institute-industry partnership. This partnership encompasses various activities, including student industry visits, expert lectures, and training programs held throughout the year. These initiatives provide students with practical, hands-on experience with the latest industry practices. Our college boasts a dedicated Industry-Institute Cell, which oversees these programs and continuously organizes more such activities to enhance students' knowledge.

Passionate individuals can overcome any obstacle and achieve their goals. Nothing is beyond reach for those who stay dedicated to their dreams.
