As an Assistant Professor and Coordinator of Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), my roles and responsibilities towards the students encompass several areas. Firstly, I ensure the delivery of quality education to meet industry standards. Additionally, I provide guidance and mentorship to students, both academically and professionally. I encourage their personal and professional growth by organizing workshops, seminars, and industry interactions. Moreover, I support students in their career development through internships and industry placements. Overall, my goal is to create a conducive learning environment, foster their skills, and prepare them for successful careers in the field of computer applications.
