Dr. Meghna Dangi is the Director of Admissions, Marketing and Alumni Affairs at Auro University. A highly qualified professional, she holds a PhD, F.C.A., A.I.C.M.A. and a B.Com degree. She is a finance expert and is also the Chairperson of the PhD cell. With over two decades of experience, Dr. Meghna Dangi leads the university-level cross-functional team to achieve brand-aligned marketing initiatives that are directed towards the accomplishment of the vision and mission of AURO University. Over the last 12 years at Auro University, she has assisted in the preparation and implementation of admissions policies, and she is also responsible for various digital interventions and outreach activities to promote various programs of the University.

Being the Director of AURO University, how do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your school?

At Auro University, the admissions team strategically plans our key programs and administration by embracing an integral approach and transformative learning. Our marketing and administrative strategies revolve around promoting our learner-to-leader philosophy. We emphasise the multidisciplinary nature of our programs, industry connections, and sustainable practises to create a holistic educational experience. By aligning our initiatives with NEP 2020, we ensure that our marketing efforts highlight our integral approach and transformative learning pedagogy.


The education systems in India and other foreign countries are structured very differently. In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here in your institute/ university?

Auro University offers inbound students a unique opportunity to experience integral and transformative learning. Our curriculum, aligned with NEP 2020, focuses on holistic development and equipping students with the skills needed to become leaders. While all our programs offer Major and Minor courses, we also offer multidisciplinary courses, skill enhancement courses, and ability enhancement courses.
