Interactions influence people in various aspects of Life. From Good to Bad & Bad to Worse or Worse to Better & Better to Good.

It’s always the choice of people to stay as an introvert or as an extrovert. But, the major key to shape a person socially interactable is when they communicate effectively.

Effective communication should develop from school classrooms and revolutionise through college classrooms and public stages to become a social human being.

Classroom interaction

Classroom is the most crucial place where an individual evolve. Interactions inside the classroom among friends and teachers will boost the confidence to speak socially, improves communication skills, and develop self-esteem. Classrooms must always welcome the open-ended Questions of unsolved doubts. Logical interruptions between the discussions need to be made among the friends inside the classroom. Subject concepts, home works and Project activities to be initiated & discussed within the classrooms. Classrooms are

designed in various physical structures, but to make the physical environment colourful and live, energetic interactions need to take place between student student & teacher -students. Classroom interaction enhances the student skills in various aspects, which will further improve the relationship between teachers and students.

Student’s Role

In this Gen-Z tech world, Do children lack effective way of face-to-face communication? Every student is an epitome of the social, cultural, and behavioural influences that society imparts on them. Students must be curious enough to question the doubts, complete the given tasks, solve complex problems, interpret in discussions to evolve as a bold individual.

Do college students hesitate to socialize at classrooms and public places? Does this same attitude impact their self-esteem and confidence during placements at college?

The learning tools used by the students can be a textbook material or e-content resources available on technical platforms. Students should inculcate a habit of sharing the gathered knowledge among friends on progressing fields, which will prepare them for a better corporate world. Peer interaction among students reinforces active learning, which will improve their listening skills and acceptance of ideas in the groups.

Teacher’s Role

Every teacher who steps into the classroom should always remember that “ I was once a student just like them , sitting infront of me” This thought should reflect in teachers mind to understand the strength and weakness of students which is much essential for a productive learning environment. Teacher’s role is very important in keeping the students motivated and equip them with emotional support when needed. As Michael Morphugo quoted “it’s the teacher that makes the difference, not the classroom “.

It's the teacher who inspire the students to learn and expand the knowledge. Teachers must create a learning environment by using techniques of innovative learning strategy. To make interactions more powerful and expressive, teachers should equip the students with collaborative learning, discussions and debates, engaged learning activities like quizzes, case-studies and interpretations, reciprocal teachings, etc.

Teacher-Student Interaction

Every academic year, the teachers welcome new faces, which is handled differently in the previous years. Teacher student interaction is crucial for building a positive class environment, which fosters student learning capacity,

trust, respect and emotional connection. The key aspect of teacher-student interaction is effective communication which creates the bond of active listening by ensuring a safe space. Teachers must upskill themselves to provide a more interactive environment focusing on the growing generation. Teachers inspire the students to participate in various activities by uplifting their capabilities and providing constructive feedback. The support given by the teachers for academic needs, extracurricular activities and emotional support by enhancing the skills will make the students feel valued. Encouraging an open line of communication between teacher and student will benefit students in developing empathy and desire to learn and achieve goals. This will strengthen the bond between student- teacher relationship by being responsive to students signals and needs.

Tech-Driven Interaction

The digital world empowers educational field with various online platforms and tools to make learning easier. Despite from the traditional learning culture, teacher and students find numerous digital tools like Google classroom & canvas for delivering content and assignments. The modern learning environment offers virtual classes through leading communication platforms like zoom, Microsoft teams etc. which connects people across the globe. These tools are easy to access and can integrate with one or more applications.

Students are more driven to access personalised learning tools like AI Tutor, which functions based on individual student needs by recognizing their strengths and weakness. It helps student in creating customised lessons and providing homework explanations, progress tracking and creation of required study materials. Integration of digital technologies in education encourage additional learning by thinking outside traditional techniques. These tech-driven interaction makes teaching-learning easier by deploying it in the appropriate use cases. Not every student show-up the same in every environment and every individual’s learning style and pace is different.

Interactions help individuals grow, seek self-respect and shows responsibility during conversations, which helps to broaden the knowledge. In this digital world, people prefer to communicate their targeted language through online technical platforms. The tech driven society often prioritise disconnecting people over connecting them in life. Individuals can connect each other by appreciating

works with mutual respect, providing relevant feedback, and by embracing the moments shared together in small way of celebrations to nurture Togetherness.

Digital exposure connects millions of people instantly. But the dependency on the deployment of digital platformsin the educational field will create an impact in the student’slife by lacking individual attention and reduced ability to perceive real-time reactions. Students must develop the soft skills to interact effectively and overcome the challenges of cultural shock while designated in a cross

cultural organization where they face diverse perspectives. Let’s not forget to embrace the human quality time, beginning from the classrooms to the public places and to the corporate world, more than the tech quality time.
