Being the correspondent of St. Johns College of Engineering and Technology, what is your leadership philosophy? And how would you describe your leadership styles?
Human relations are the key factors for any development, particularly in educational institutions. College means the faculty. The other things like labs, buildings, projects, etc are secondary things. The faculty is the major component in the education sector, and good faculty will take a lead role to get desired targets of the institution.
Being the correspondent of St. Johns College of Engineering and Technology, how do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your college?
We believe only in the mouth-to-mouth propaganda. With mouth-to-mouth publicity only the graduated students from institution can tell about institution. The graduated students can tell the good things about the institution and other mode of advertisement may not workout. Only the students’ multiple propaganda is the key factor for our success.
The education systems in India and other foreign countries are structured very differently. In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here in college?
Are you restricted in China and studied with a high-profile team in India? In China regarding this education system, what I observe is the lab and PD classes are in the same classroom, and by just practicing the things, they can learn many things. So, directing the society and the practical works will make the students a perfect world.

Being the secretary correspondent of the institution. I have to maintain human relations fruitfully and have teamwork with the students as well as the faculty.
What do you think should be the college's Top priority over the next ten years?
Yeah, we would like to know if we have autonomous status now and it is actually, our colleges stopped In 2000. In the year 2000, we had such a location and identified the place and constructed the buildings and everything. Now we are in the beginning, it is only one eighty-six intakes. Now it is going to be a big institution. Now nearly 2,500 students are studying in our college.
Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?
The only thing I can say is that they should have an aim to achieve in life, but they have to make a plan. And for that, they have to do their dedicated work.
