St. Johns College of Engineering and Technology (SJCET), Kurnool was established in 2001. It is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Anantapur. It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and recognised by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. It is accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The vision of the college is to create unique & high standards of education in pollution free environment. The mission of the college is to provide qualitative education to rural society in order to compete with modern society. The college campus nestles amidst lush and luxuriant greenery in a sprawling 27 acres land and it is 07 kilometers away from the din of the Yemmiganur town.
