What is your philosophy of leadership?
I believe I am more constructive and effective as a Teacher and Guide because I have developed my skills at managing individuals and teams having different mindset, skills and experiences than mine.
And over time I have learned that to successfully lead a team, an inspiring individual and a compelling vision is very essential and people must be provided suitable opportunities to improve their complimentary skills and they must be exposed to a challenging environment where they can grow on both personal and professional level.
In your opinion, what makes the education industry the best sector to work with?
Education has been a very sacred service to mankind since ancient times. Apart from this, people can share their knowledge and experiences as long as they are alive, and spreading education to make young and ambitious people literate and improve their life quality gives abundant happiness and satisfaction to their mentor.
So I would say the learning and networking opportunities and challenging environment which the education sector offers to an individual makes it a best industry to work with.
Being an integral member of the SGI, what is your aim for the institute?
According to me, being an indispensable member of the SGi, our every single step must be directed towards the growth of individual students and faculty members and institution as a whole. Because we all know that Stagnant water creates Diseases, hence in one line, my aim for the SGI is simply its growth.
How do you introduce practical and industry-oriented approaches towards subjects?
Since I am an industry oriented professional, so I firmly believe that integration between Industry and academia should be very strong so that knowledge acquisition, experiments and demonstration can go hand in hand.
And to make our subjects more practical and industry driven, we regularly interact with the experts in order to design refined modules and subjects syllabus in accordance with latest trends, technologies, development and needs of both educational and industrial world.
How do you prepare your students to confidently face the challenges of modern day organizations?
We are living in the digital age and robust and fast communication systems have made everything transparent and easy. And the only thing we need to do to sustain and flourish in the rapidly growing world is to explore the necessary information from the right source.
And hence, to make our students ready for the outside competitive world, we have adopted the concept of 360-degree modules in our teaching so that their holistic development could happen and they can altogether emerge as budding professionals.

What is the most appropriate path for those students who wish to make a thrilling career in any field of Management?
In my opinion, the most optimum path for an individual is the one which can bring him/her the highest level of success. For example, if I want to excel in any field of Management then I should learn all aspects of management as there is no short-cut for success and every person has different skills and talents which can help him/her get ahead in life.
While working with the SGI, how do you use the immense knowledge and experience you have gained over the decades?
I thoroughly plan out my work and accomplish it so that I can share my knowledge, findings and experiences as per the need of the hour. And I believe that a Teacher must be a good counselor also so that he/she can understand the psychology of students and guide them accordingly.
What kind of placement and higher studies opportunities your institute provides to students?
For us the sky has no limit and there is no dearth of skills and opportunities galore, hence we try to channelize skills accordingly and we have succeeded too. And to make students placement ready, we do organize an extensive range of activities such as guest lectures, seminars, workshops, skills enhancement sessions and placement specific training programs etc. on a regular basis in collaboration with our industry partners and also provide necessary information including suitable courses, preparation and application process to students for higher education.
What difference do you observe in today's educational sector as compared to the old one?
The only significant difference I have observed between old education methodologies and today's academic sector is that, in our times students used to chase their teachers for gathering knowledge and engaging their skills but nowadays teachers have to go after students to teach them.
Any feedback which you would like to share with the new generation coming forward?
As we all know that there is no shortcut to get successful and excel in any field. So I would advise my dear students to do hard work and learn things with a focused attitude. Also, don't think that you can get success by just joining a University, College or Institute, as everything takes time, so stay consistent and patient to achieve the short term and long term goals of your life.
If you are working as an employee, then keep yourself motivated towards your work and try to learn new things from your boss as well as from other co-workers of your organization, because they will teach you many things which will help you in future.
