When I first came to NGF College of Engineering, my vision for the college was to create a world-class institution that offers quality education, fosters innovation, and produces skilled and socially responsible graduates. Over time, this vision has evolved to include a stronger emphasis on research and industry partnerships, promoting diversity and inclusivity, and leveraging technology in education. We have made significant progress in implementing this vision, but continuous improvement remains essential to keep pace with evolving educational demands and societal needs.
