Our strategies emphasize building a solid brand identity, effective digital marketing, and forging partnerships with industries for internships and placements. Over the next 10 years, the top priority for NGF College of Engineering should be to continue fostering research and innovation, strengthen industry collaborations, and expand global partnerships. We must invest in modern infrastructure and facilities while focusing on sustainability and social impact initiatives. Inclusivity and diversity efforts should be further enhanced to create a welcoming environment for all. Technological integration into education, promoting entrepreneurship, and adapting to emerging industry needs will also be crucial for the college’s growth and success.

When you first came to NGF College of Engineering, what was your vision for the college? Has it evolved over time, and how far along in implementing that vision are you?

When I first came to NGF College of Engineering, my vision for the college was to create a world-class institution that offers quality education, fosters innovation, and produces skilled and socially responsible graduates. Over time, this vision has evolved to include a stronger emphasis on research and industry partnerships, promoting diversity and inclusivity, and leveraging technology in education. We have made significant progress in implementing this vision, but continuous improvement remains essential to keep pace with evolving educational demands and societal needs.
