What are the prime factors that connect you with the education sector?

“To shape the career of youth and achieve significant goals for the country”

The primary reason to be in the education sector is to shape the career of a young mind. It is necessary to be able to contribute to the realization of a dream for pupils. The highest dreams exist in the minds of youngsters. A drive for reaching the objectives, and aspirations for achieving significant goals for the country are other vital parts. It helps to contribute to a greater cause.

What is your leadership philosophy?

“Inspire and motivate people and empower them to take responsibility for work”

Leadership develops future leaders. We need more leaders in all aspects of the industry for successful development. Leaders must create jobs and increase the income in society. They inspire and motivate people to achieve impossible areas. My leadership approach is to empower individuals to take responsibility for their work. I mentor and correct them in necessary situations. The philosophy is to promote leadership as a work culture and align team members on campus. It allows all team members to achieve their goals.

What are the challenges for higher education in the present world?

“Lack of government backups and rise in tuition fees for the campus”

The disadvantages are lack of government backing and increased tuition prices added to private educational institutes. Moreover, the reliance on tuition fees for all academic activities is a prime concern. Most academic campus support for research and development is insufficient.

How do you guide students to survive in competition in an academic scenario?

“Provide academic, emotional, and mental support to our students”

The primary strategy is providing academic, emotional, and mental support to our students. We teach students soft skills to speak successfully and write resumes. It aids in job interviews. We offer advice and study tools to students preparing for competitive exams. The library's student support system is excellent.

What is the top priority of your college in upcoming years?

“To create engineers, entrepreneurs, and technocrats for the future growth of society”

The Central Government's Make in India, AtmaNirbhar Bharat, and other initiatives related to engineering education will play a critical role in the future decade. Moreover, the campus focuses on creating engineers, entrepreneurs, and technocrats. It will necessitate curricular changes and the development of skill sets.
