New Delhi: The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board has released the official schedule for the Bihar NEET PG (PGEAC) Counselling 2023. Eligible and qualifying candidates who wish to seek admission to government medical colleges in Bihar can apply online within the specified deadline. 

The application process will be conducted online, and no offline forms will be accepted. After the completion of the NEET PG 2023 application process, the board will declare the merit list for candidates to exercise their web options. 

The Bihar NEET PG (PGEAC) Counselling Registration 2023, commenced from July 31, 2023, and the last date to apply is August 5, 2023. During the application, candidates are required to upload their documents and pay the necessary application fee to complete the registration process and become eligible for the counseling process.

Bihar NEET PG 2023 Counselling Dates 

Tabulated below shows the detailed schedule released by BCECEB for the Bihar NEET PG (PGEAC) Counselling 2023: 

The online registration for Bihar NEET PG 2023 commenced on July 31, 2023. Eligible candidates seeking admission to government colleges in Bihar will be able to register until August 5, 2023, until 10 PM. The last date for payment of the application fee was also August 5, 2023, until 11:59 PM. 

Applicants were allowed to edit their application forms online until August 6, 2023, at 11:59 PM. The rank card or merit list was set to be released on August 9, 2023, at 8 PM. The specific dates for counseling were yet to be notified by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board.

Bihar NEET PG 2023 Counselling Registration 

Before proceeding with the application process, candidates are strongly advised to carefully review the detailed prospectus available on the official website @bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. The application fee for Bihar NEET PG (PGEAC) Counselling 2023 is INR 2,200 and can be paid online using Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, or UPI mode.

The application fee and the security amount for seat allotment are separate. The security amount varies based on the category and the type of college (government, private, or both). Eligible candidates meeting the required criteria can apply for the counseling by accessing the direct link provided. 

Bihar NEET PG 2023 Counselling Process 

The Bihar PG 2023 Counselling Process involves several steps, including online registration and form submission. A merit list is then released based on NEET PG 2023 scores and other criteria. 

Eligible candidates are required to fill out their choices online for the counseling. The seat allotment results are announced separately for each round on the official website. After seat allotment, candidates must physically report to the designated center for document verification. 

Upon successful verification, candidates can either secure admission or opt for a free exit. The counseling process for Bihar NEET PG 2023 is conducted online for all rounds, except for the mop-up round.

During Bihar NEET PG 2023 counseling, candidates must submit various original certificates, along with self-attested photocopies, to complete the application process. The following documents are required to be submitted at the time of counseling for Bihar NEET PG PGEAC 2023 Counselling:

  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • College leaving certificate
  • Rotatory Internship Completion Certificate
  • MBBS passing certificate
  • Mark sheets of MBBS
  • Medical Registration Certificate

• Admit card of NEET PG 2023

• 6 identical photographs (as used in the admit card)
• Any other certificates or documents as specified in the prospectus of Bihar PGMAC 2023.

Bihar NEET PG Counselling 2023: Choice Filling 

After registration, candidates need to log in using their user ID and password to fill in their preferred choices of colleges and subjects in order of preference. Before locking their choices, candidates have the option to modify them. 

To do so, candidates must click on the "Unlock Choices" button after verifying the obtained OTP on their registered mobile number and email. They can make changes to their choices until the last date of choice locking.

Bihar NEET PG Counselling 2023: Seat Allotment 

The seats for different rounds will be allocated based on various factors such as the choices filled by candidates, seat availability in specific institutes or courses, reservation criteria, and other relevant aspects. 

The seat allotment result will be available online in PDF format, and candidates will need to download it from the official website. After the seat allotment, candidates must report to their respective institutes for document verification.
